Keeping Our Patients Safe and Healthy at Advanced Dental Artistry *
We have been following the CDC, ADA, and WHO recommendations closely and the situation has been confusing and quite fluid. We have also been sensing concern from our clients and obviously cancellations have increased hugely; we understand that, and no one will be penalized for those decisions.
With that in mind, Dr. Yost has made the decision to close the office until April 1, 2020 to all elective procedures effective immediately. Scheduled patients will be contacted, and we ask that you help us by rescheduling when we call, and that will be 2-3 weeks out at best. Please be flexible with the scheduling; we may not be able to accommodate the perfect time for you, but your care MUST continue. We will be in the office on a reduced schedule and will be available for any dental emergencies that involve pain, fever, or swelling only; please do not burden us with lesser problems. We can make suggestions to get you through. We will also be available for any friends and family members who may NOT be our clients but have problems and must be seen. Please have them call or text us. We are here for all of you during this unprecedented time. I will do my best.
As you can imagine, we will need your support more than ever in the next months and up to a year. Please do not panic and cancel treatment that was suggested or further out than 2 weeks at a time until true science proves that necessary. We are your friends, but we are also a business that will need your help and support. Postponing important dental treatment is NOT wise and only becomes more difficult and expensive later. All of you know, when I suggest treatment, I do not fabricate it, just to make money. I hope you know that. I am serious about recommended therapy. We will become more lenient and offer financial solutions to help you, but your health must remain a priority. Just talk to us for solutions. Follow for upcoming announcements on the website and by email.
Be safe and we will all help each other through these uncertain times.
Respectfully,
Advanced Dental Artistry
Kenneth J. Yost DMD
